Forms a lightweight layer containing Luminous Cover Powder＊2 with thin, slidable platelet particles, which together with our proprietary dispersion technology prevent platelet overlap enabling an even layer. Highly adhesive oil sets the thin layer firmly in place to provide coverage with a natural, lightweight look. The highly pliable texture is for the expressive area around the eyes. It blends naturally even when layered, also making it suitable as a finishing step.
