Unfortunately, RMK does not currently sell products through mail order or Internet shopping to Overseas. Our products are only available at RMK shops so be sure to stop at one of our doors in our Global markets.
If you exhibit skin problems, or you have inadvertently made a mistake in color selection and you wish to make a product exchange, the first thing to do is to consult with the particular RMK shop where you have originally purchased the product and a receipt of purchase is required. Please understand that the terms & conditions on product exchange may differ in Overseas.
Samples of our skincare and base makeup products are available at RMK shops. If there is a product you would like to try, please feel free to ask one of our staff for assistance. We kindly ask for your understanding that we are not able to handle sample requests thru email.
