Q01. Do you sell products through mail order?

RMK does not currently sell products through mail order or through Internet shopping. Our products are only handled at RMK shops so be sure to stop in at one of our RMK retail establishments.

Q02. Is it possible to exchange previously purchased merchandise?

If you are having skin problems or you have inadvertently made a mistake in color selection and you wish to make a product exchange, the first thing to do is to consult with the RMK shop where you originally purchased the product. Please understand that a receipt of purchase is required for product exchanges.

Q03. How can I receive some RMK samples?

Samples of our skin care and base makeup products are available at RMK shops.
If there is a product that you would like to sample, feel free to ask one of our staff for assistance. We kindly ask for your understanding in us not being able to handle email requests for samples.
